About the Instructor
Heike Bruch is a Professor of Leadership at the University of St. Gallen and Director of its Institute for Leadership and Human Resources Management. She is the founder of the Energy Factory and Pioneering, and a member of the Executive Board of the German Association for Leadership (DGFP), where she leads the Leaders of Tomorrow Award.
Heike Bruch earned her doctorate from the University of Hanover and held research roles at the London Business School. Her research focuses on energy in organizations, inspiring leadership, and new work transformation. A highly respected speaker and advisor, she has authored six books and over 110 publications.
