  1. Scope of terms and conditions
    1. These GTC apply to the use of all training courses on our website www.medic-ally.de
  • Conclusion of contract
    • The contract is concluded by registering for a training course. By registering, you accept these GTC.
  • Contractual partner
    • The contractual partner is anyone who registers for a training course.
    • Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin is the provider of the training courses.
  • Scope of services
    • Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin offers free online training courses for medical professionals, primarily from Ukraine.
    • Recognition of the training courses in Ukraine or elsewhere cannot be guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the participants to clarify any possible recognition before registering.
    •  Some training courses can be completed with an optional test. However, under no circumstances are participants entitled to receive a certificate or confirmation of participation.
    • Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin reserves the right to change or cancel training courses and tests at any time.
  • Copyrights and rights of use
    • The training materials are protected by copyright. They may only be used for personal use in the context of participation in the training course. In particular, the materials may not be passed on to third parties or reproduced in any way.
  • Liability
    • The training content provided on this website is for information purposes and general education only. It does not constitute medical advice or treatment recommendations.
    • The use of the training content is at the user’s own risk. We assume no liability for the topicality, completeness and accuracy of the information provided.
    • Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the website or the training courses, unless the damages are due to gross negligence or intent.
    • The above exclusion of liability does not apply to liability under the Act on Liability for Defective Products (ProdHaftG), for damages resulting from injury to life, physical integrity or health, or for the breach of cardinal obligations. Cardinal obligations are essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner regularly relies. In this case, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.


  • Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
    • These GTC are subject to German law.
    • The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
  • Amendments to these GTC
    • Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The current version can be viewed on our website.
  • Severability clause
    •  Should any individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
